Uncovering the Life of Your Dreams is the second book I read by author Bruce D. Schneider, and it was a breathtaking experience. Similar to the first book, it told a story and embedded a bunch of insights and theories of Bruce’s energetic framework.
reasons for reading uncovering the life of your dreams
After reading the first book, which was part of an assignment for my upcoming coaching certification at iPEC, I reflected on the concepts of energy levels and how to manage or influence these levels positively. The second book was an additional option for me, and I decided to take the time to read it, too.
I didn’t regret setting time for the reading away as the book kept my attention from the beginning. As already mentioned, the book tells the fictional story of Scott, who wanted to change something in his life because things weren’t as good as they could be for him. He had terrible relationships, his work bored him, so it continued until he met a beggar on the street. This beggar guided him the way towards himself to turn things to the brighter side of life. Scott tried a technique called ‚lucid dreaming‘ which changed his viewpoint and his whole life.
You have to look inside yourself to be able to change the world around you. The world is an image of what happens within yourself. If you are aware of this fact, you have the power to change anything you want to adjust. This adjustment brings fun and joy into your life and the people around you.
The concept of the wheel of life shows up as Scott revealed potential challenges within specific areas like relationships, work, self etc.
It was also a revelation to find out that you can change the energy of others just by changing your energy. I tried this out, and it worked incredibly well!
